Nova Electric services and supports almost every product it has manufactured since 1966. If you have a Nova Electric product that needs service or repair, please have your model number(s) and serial number(s) handy and call 201-385-0500 x 147 or write email@example.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Please include your full contact info (address, phone, and fax) in your e-mails. Once you have the RMA, please ship your equipment back to us at:

Once we receive your equipment, we will fax or e-mail you a full repair quote detailing any charges to service or repair the equipment. If you elect not to repair the equipment, an evaluation charge of $400.00 will be charged. If you elect to repair the equipment, this evaluation charge will be waived.
Unless stated otherwise, Nova Electric warrantees its repairs for 3 months, parts & labor. Service contracts are available on most equipment – please contact the factory for details!
Note on Shipping: Customer is responsible for the shipping charges of the product from wherever it is to our repair facility door to door. When shipping any unit weighing more than 75 pounds back to us, it is strongly advised to ship the unit well packed and on a pallet via truck. Freight costs may be a little higher that way, but the cost to repair physical damage to your unit from improper packing or handling typical of “ground freight” carriers (such as UPS or Fedex) on heavy shipments will far outweigh any savings gained from shipping ground freight.
Likewise, customer is responsible for any damage that occurs on route by poor packing or by negligence or mistreatment by the freight carrier(s) handling and transporting the product to our facility. Please list the RMA# on all shipping documents, and on the exterior of the package. International customers are responsible for release of merchandise upon arrival from U.S. Customs and delivery to our facility.
