Pure Sinewave 2KVA DC to AC Inverter
Bergenfield, NJ – October 31, 2017 – Nova Electric announces the introduction of its light weight DC to AC inverter model NGL2K which is the smallest in its class for military grade inverter. The units feature DC Inputs of 24 VDC, 36 VDC, 48 VDC and 270 VDC, and outputs of 115 V or 230 V single phase 50, 60, or 400 Hz. It can be optionally ruggedized to meet the environmental conditions of MIL-STD- 810 as well as DO-160. Interface is made via optional circular connector for the input and Anderson Power terminals for output, however the interface can be customized in terms of the connector type and location. The module is fan cooled and may be mounted in any orientation.
This modular unit weighs 7.5 lb. and measures 6.25” W x 3” H x 12.25” L. Three such modules can be connected to from a 3 phase inverter of 6 KVA 50, 60 or 400 Hz. At present such systems are
installed on board ships and airplanes.
The module produces pure sinewave and is ruggedized to survive in severe environment of military applications.
